AGRI-Energy of Luverne, Minnesota - David was a Co-founder and currently is the manager of CORN-er Stone Cooperative, which is the 100% owner of this plant.  He helped lead and finance this successful cooperative from 1995 to the present. 

Golden Triangle, LLC of Craig, Missouri – Helped with the equity drive and is currently an investor in this cooperative.

Badger State Ethanol of Monroe, Wisconsin – Helped to organize and consulted with this LLC since it’s conception.  Currently is invested and serving on the board as secretary.

Husker Ag of Plainview, Nebraska – David helped with organizing and bringing in investment money.  He is currently a member and serving on the Board of Directors.

Mid Missouri Energy of Carrollton, Missouri – David was the Equity Fund Manager of this 700-member cooperative.  We raised over 21 million dollars in 2003. The plant was consturcted in the fall of 2003 and has been a very successful project.

California Bio-Fuels of Woodland, California – David is one of three founding members.  This project is successfully organized and permitted and currently raising the required equity.

The Better Energy Company – Co-founder of this investment company, which specializes in ethanol plant investments. 

Conestoga, Garden City, Kansas - Board member.

Prairie Horizon Agri Energy of Phillipsburg, Kansas -

U.S. Agri-Energy - Investing group.

Mid Atlanta Biodiesel - Boardmember. Leads an investing group that owns 46% of the company.

MinWind I and II - Board Member from 2004-2007.

Helped organize MNSP-A soybean Processing Cooperative
Helped organize MinWind-A Farmer-owned Wind Power Project
Testified on ethanol and equity programs in Washington, D.C.
Testified before several state legislators on the benefits of ethanol.
David does a great deal of public speaking-promoting farmer-owned ethanol plants all over the U.S. and Canada.
